Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by MGM Network Services Ltd (trading as "Starma"), a company registered in England & Wales, Company Registration No: 02355922, VAT Number: 515171179 ("Starma", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@starma.it.

2. What information we collect

This is a marketing website and we deliberately collect very little:

We do not knowingly collect any special category (sensitive) data through this website, and this site is not directed at children.

3. How we use it, and our lawful bases

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business, such as our website hosting provider and Microsoft (for email and productivity services). These providers process information on our instructions under contract. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads; Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the applicable standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically no more than two years unless you become a client or the law requires longer. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short rolling period.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights including: access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing (including direct marketing), and data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@starma.it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to address any concern first.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised date above.
